Useful information

The flats are available from 4:00 pm on the day of your arrival. Ordinary check-in is from 4:00 to 7:00 pm, after which a fee of € 50.00 will be charged. Please make sure to contact the facility to organise your timely welcome.

Reservations are considered binding upon receipt of written confirmation and after having sent the required deposit at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be retained. In the event of no-show, late arrival or early departure, all days will be charged at 100%. Furthermore, in the event of cancellation within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date, we will charge 50% of the total amount; in the event of cancellation within 15 days, we will charge 70% of the amount; in the event of cancellation within 7 days, we will charge 90% of the total amount.

Payments by bank transfer and cash are allowed to the extent permitted by law.

Direct booking gives access to exclusive services and ensures a preferential relationship with the facility.
